Meet Scott and Ombretta: M+E Pioneers

Hello, Evelyn here. 

I hope you are all staying positive throughout the lockdown. I wanted to introduce you to two M+E pioneers; Scott and Ombretta. I think it's so important to share our stories so that we can help other people, so a huge thank you to you both.

We'll start with Scott...

Scott's Story

"I also thought I would let you know how I'm getting on with two of your products I bought recently. I have been taking calm me for the last 2 weeks, and energy me for the last week with both very positive effects. 

For someone who has had depression and anxiety pretty much all my life I find these tablets amazing. I've taken antidepressants in the past and various medication which I stopped a number of years ago now. 

I'm a very easy going lovable person (if I do say so myself!) but as my partner would testify I can be highly strung a lot of the times and get stressed about the slightest thing. I do have a history of taking a lot of drugs in the past when I was in my teens and early twenties, which I know has had an effect on my metal health even now at the age of 43.

Since taking calm me I feel so much calmer about things and life in general. I don't have that brain fog and I can see things a lot clearer now, and my anxiety has improved also. I can easily let things go and not let things get to me as much as before. My partner is amazed by how much more I'm chilled out, but not in a zombie like state like you can be with some anti depressants. I

also started taking energy me a week later when I realised how good the calm me was working. Within 2 days I was amazed again, as suddenly i had this burst of energy which I was so lacking, due to suffering with insomnia for a number of years. I feel so lucky that I stumbled across your products, and I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the work you're doing. 

I couldn't imagine not taking these now, and i would love to know if you it's worth my while purchasing happy me, while I'm taking the other two supplements."

Ombretta's Story

One of my first ever customers, an M+E Pioneer, is Ombretta. She lives in Italy and we have managed to keep supplying her all through lockdown - even when deliveries were so slow and often getting delivered to the wrong place!

She lives and works in Turin as a psychologist. She takes her Energy Me and Mood Me depending on how her mood is and how she feels. She wrote to me a little about herself:

"Good morning Evelyn and thank you for your kindness!

Don’t know exactly what I can say about me…I’m 49 years old but I try to think as an 8 years old girl! I love colours, candies, stickers and my dolls.

As I told you, I work as a psychologist with children withLD and as I psychotherapist with EMDR. I live in Turin with my husband, my sweetheart Vanessa (a nearly white West Higland terrier) and the queen of te home Minou, my cat.

The things I love more to do are reading and studying…so I need a lot of energy and happiness everyday: that’s the reason that bring me to your M+E.

I feel better when I begin with a good breakfast and two Energy pills: In these “grey” days I prefer Mood me to keep my spirit high!"
